Questions about your web order?

We try our very best to get all web orders placed out on the date which payment has been received. Where possible, we email a tracking number for orders placed on-line. If there are any questions about your order, please fill out our enquiry form on our contacts page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to state your order number for reference.

Shipping leadtimes

As our orders are shipped via standard airmail postal services, transit times may vary between continents and be subject to influence by public holidays, both locally and internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Returns Policy

To qualify for a full refund, product must be returned in original condition along with the original invoice. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.

Product Warranty:

XO Works warrants the original customer that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. No warranty shall apply after this time.
This limited warranty does not cover damage from product misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering or normal wear and tear. We hate to say it because it sounds so ridiculous, but…this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
